SSL / TLS encryption
For security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection when the browser address changes from http:// to https:// and a padlock appears in the browser bar.
When SSL or TLS encryption is active, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only technically necessary cookies required to operate the website, for example to store session status or language preferences.
These essential cookies are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set, allow cookies only in individual cases or reject cookies in certain cases or generally.
First-party analytics system
We operate our own self-hosted analytics system to evaluate use of the website and improve our services. The system runs exclusively on our infrastructure; no data is transmitted to third-party analytics providers.
The following data is collected:
- Page accessed
- URL and title
- Referrer
- Previous page
- IP address
- Anonymised by removing the final octet
- Device class
- Desktop / mobile / tablet
- Browser / OS
- Generic and not uniquely attributable
- Interactions
- Clicks on links, buttons and other controls
- Video usage
- Plays, actual watchtime and progress milestones reached
Click tracking records only the activated element, its visible label and, where applicable, the link destination. Values entered into form fields are not captured by click tracking. For videos, we record playback starts, paused watchtime segments, playback position and the 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% progress milestones.
The system uses no cookies, browser fingerprinting or persistent identifiers. To group page views during a single visit, a random session identifier is stored only in the browser’s sessionStorage. It is automatically discarded when the tab is closed or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Visitors are not recognised across multiple visits. Data is evaluated only in aggregate, making attribution to an individual technically impossible.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of website use in anonymised form.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to evaluate search-engine performance and identify technical SEO issues. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Search Console provides aggregated data such as the number of search queries leading to our website, average positions in search results and click-through rates. The tool does not directly track visitors on our website; we receive only subsequent anonymised statistics through Google’s infrastructure.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in ensuring that the website can be found effectively.
Further information about Google and privacy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Fonts
We use locally hosted web fonts to present typography consistently. These fonts are delivered from our own server when the website is accessed; no request is made to an external font CDN.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in consistent website presentation. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font installed on your device is used.
Contact form
If you send us an inquiry using the contact form, the information you provide, including the contact details entered there, is stored by us to process the inquiry and any follow-up questions.
- Required information
- First name, last name, email and phone
