Was ist ein Codex Skill?
Ein Skill ist ein Ordner mit einer SKILL.md-Datei. Name und Beschreibung helfen bei der Auswahl; die Anleitung beschreibt, wie eine konkrete Aufgabe erledigt wird. Ergänzende Referenzen, Skripte oder Vorlagen können im selben Ordner liegen.
Ein guter Skill behandelt einen wiederkehrenden Ablauf mit klar erkennbarem Ergebnis, zum Beispiel eine Codeprüfung oder die Erstellung eines bestimmten Dokuments.

Schreiben Sie für die Entscheidung im richtigen Moment.
Die Beschreibung sollte sagen, wann der Skill relevant ist. Die Anleitung sollte Eingaben, Arbeitsschritte, Prüfpunkte und erwartete Ausgabe erklären, ohne das gesamte Projektwissen zu duplizieren.
Halten Sie Regeln, die projektweit immer gelten, an der vorgesehenen Projektstelle. Ein Skill ist besonders nützlich, wenn er für eine bestimmte Art von Aufgabe zusätzliches Wissen bereitstellt.

Mit echten Aufgaben prüfen und verbessern.
Testen Sie den Skill an mehreren realistischen Aufgaben: Wird er im richtigen Fall ausgewählt? Fehlen Informationen? Führt er zu überprüfbaren Ergebnissen?
Überarbeiten Sie dann Anweisungen und Beispiele. Ein kurzer, präziser Skill ist meist leichter zu pflegen als ein großer Text mit vielen allgemeinen Regeln.
